With over 35 years in the oil and gas industry, Vani has extensive experience in managing large-scale production operations, ensuring operational excellence and safety. His leadership is supported by a robust team of technical and business experts in Aberdeen, who together drive the region’s success. Vani holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.

Steve Windey serves as the Executive Vice President for Southeast Asia, where he leads the organization’s production operations and future development opportunities in Indonesia and Vietnam. Steve Windey has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on operations management and project development. His deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market and his commitment to sustainable practices have been key to expanding the company’s footprint in the region. Windey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland and an MBA from INSEAD.

Howard Lampard is the General Counsel, responsible for managing Energy Spree legal, compliance, and governance matters on a global scale. With over 40 years of legal expertise, Lampard has a distinguished career in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. His commitment to ethical business conduct underpins his leadership in safeguarding the company’s interests worldwide. Lampard earned his JD from Yale Law School and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Andrew Ricky, Executive Vice President of Special Projects, leads M&A and financing activities, including through debt and equity capital markets.
